If you understood Nitrox, you'd be diving it too!
Looking to extend your bottom time? Then check out PADI's Enriched Air Diver program. To enter the program, you will need to be 15 or older and a PADI Open Water Diver (or equivalent). The PADI Enriched Air Diver program emphasizes the theoretical and operational considerations involved with enriched air diving with 22% to 40% oxygen mixes. To find out how to make the most of your bottom time, stop by Splash Dive Center and tell them you want to start diving Nitrox, TODAY! Dives are no longer required for the course.
Ask about combining Nitrox with your Advanced Open Water certification or other specialty courses!

In some circumstances, you can also elect to dive Nitrox as if it were air and gain an extra margin of safety against decompression sickness.
Splash also offers TDI Nitrox certification. Targeted at more experienced divers, the TDI course also can be done without any dives.
